ℹ️Data Delayed

Data can be delayed for a number of reasons.

From time to time the exchange data that we rely on can be delayed. When this happens the date displayed in Trade Radar will show the prior day.

We will update the delayed data as soon as it is available.

Past delays have lasted from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours. However, we cannot control the delay duration. It is also possible that you have requested data such as Market Heat stocks while the data is being built in our systems. In this case, the data is not late, it is just still being prepared. Refresh your screen a couple of times and the data should update. If the data is actually not available for the whole day, a message will popup telling you the data is not available and to try again later.
